After 2007's record sell-out success, Heath Franklin's Chopper (Network 10's The Ronnie Johns Half Hour) is back, head-butting his way across the country, tackling an issue bigger than world poverty or global warming - eradicating the terminally stupid.

In a world that is designed to protect people from their own stupidity, Chopper is worried that natural selection isn't getting a fair go.
