SheppARTon Festival - Gospel Workshop and Performance
Recover and repent on Sunday morning by joining the beautiful voices of the Yarra Gospel Choir.
Tickets are still available for this event from the Riverlinks Box Office, open 10am to 4pm on Saturday, 10 March 2012.
The choir's philosophy is to provide an opportunity for members of the wider community to come together to sing and perform music they enjoy, tap into the profound heritage, difficulties and hope reflected in gospel music, build a sense of community where each member is valued for their contribution to the choir and share their joy of singing with our audiences, giving enjoyment as a gift.
Get up early and join the gospel singing workshop at 10.00am, turn up at 11.00am for the performance, or do both!
Note: Workshop and performance is free for members of choirs participating in the festival. Members of the general public will have to purchase tickets.
