SheppARTon Festival - Emerging Voices Community Event
The 'Emerging Voices Community Event' is the crowning performance of the 2013 Festival.
Please note, online ticketing will close at 3pm on Saturday 9 March. Tickets are still available for purchase at the venue 30 minutes before the show (cash sales only).
Set in the magnificent surrounds of Tallis Winery in the rolling hills of Dookie, this is a family event with free entertainment and a magnificent performance defining the festival theme.
Pack a picnic and join hundreds of families for this fantastic evening of enlightening live entertainment. Watch as hundreds of children form a lantern parade and march to the chorus of a multicultural choir and into the figure of an enormous hillside carving in the shape of a Longneck Turtle.
Entry is by gold coin donation, although bookings for a seat on the bus are essential.
People are invited to bring a picnic or pre-purchase a hamper for $20. Hampers can be ordered by contacting the Riverlinks Box Office on (03) 5832 9511.
Food and drinks will also be available for purchase at the winery.
